Each ZIP is priced by its home values: $13.30 per month for every $100,000 of the ZIP's median sale price, rounded to whole dollars, with a $49 minimum and a $399 cap (reached at a $3,000,000 median). Want a ZIP to yourself? Exclusive ZIPs are 2× the standard price. Cancel anytime.
